We are excited to introduce you to a new partner: The Seleni Institute!
Seleni is an independently run clinic and nonprofit that works to destigmatize and transform the care landscape of maternal and family mental health. Through a hybrid approach that provides clinical services for individuals and families and accredited training for healthcare practitioners, Seleni changes parents’ and children’s lives.
As part of the BeHerVillage community, it is likely you will work with clients who face perinatal mood and anxiety challenges, or complications around IVF, adoption, or perinatal loss during their family-building years. These clients need specialized support to cope and move forward, but due to training and educational program gaps, many care professionals feel they lack the tools to support clients thoroughly — missing an opportunity to deeply impact the emotional well-being of women and families.

With this in mind, Seleni creates accredited online training courses that provide the critical, evidence-based tools needed to fully support clients, and we’re happy to share that Seleni is extending a special 15% discount to the BHV community on all individual and bundled course offerings with code BHV15.
Additionally, Seleni offers continuing education credits to psychologists and mental health counselors across the U.S., as well as New York State social workers, marriage and family therapists, and creative arts therapists.
