Detailed guidance and support for moving through the return to run process post-baby. Your body has been through a lot! And returning to impact activity like running is something that should be done in a measured and progressive way. This session is designed to get you confidently moving along our proven return to run progression and back into safe strength training and sustainable running.

I have developed a special program for moms who have abdominal separation and that eliminates the problem of lack of time and motivation so you can achieve a strong core and body. I will help you to DOUBLE your core strength in 6 weeks through a combination of movement, mindset, accountability and lifestyle changes.
