I first found Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis when I was pregnant with my first baby and working as an RN in a busy hospital postpartum unit. I knew my body was meant to give birth, but I felt the negativity and fear of those around me was preventing me from enjoying this transformative time in my life. Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis gave me back my joy and even more. It gave me a confidence and excitement about birth that I didn't even know was possible.

Q: What are your certifications and trainings?
A: I have been a Registered Nurse since 2010, working primarily with mothers and babies in postpartum, labor and delivery, and lactation roles. I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (since 2017) and a Certified Thompson Method Breastfeeding Practitioner.
Q: What locations or areas do you serve?
A: I serve primarily the Orange County, CA area, but have worked with families virtually across the West Coast of the US.
Q: What drew you into working with parents-to-be?
A: My own birth experiences! I loved practicing Hypnobabies during my pregnancies and loved my births. I believe everyone deserves a peaceful pregnancy and confident birth, no matter what type of birth it is. Hypnosis is for everyone! I also believe everyone deserves gentle high quality breastfeeding support that encourages you to use your instincts.
Q: What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?
A: Prepare for your birth like you would your wedding and prepare for postpartum like you would your honeymoon! Having knowledge prior to birth and a team you trust helps you remain confident in your choices no matter what situation arises. Set yourself up so you can enjoy the experience!

Description
Beautiful Breastfeeding Class is a 4 hour face-to-face, comprehensive and consistent guide to birth and breastfeeding that combines all the information and experience in the Thompson Method, with gentle guidance and support so you can start implementing straight away.
As a certified Thompson Method Practitioner, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and Maternal Child Health RN I will support you through every step of your journey

Birth Classes
Description
Total of 6 classes, 2-3 hours each. Hypnobabies is a complete childbirth education class and prepares both the birthing person and their partner to have an easier more comfortable birthing using somnambulistic hypnosis to retrain the inner mind in a positive way. Includes live instruction, workbooks, hypnosis audio tracks and scripts. Choose between all virtual or first and last classes in person.
