Hey there, I'm Rae -a fellow PMAD survivor (of anxiety, depression, OCD, and psychosis). Having 5 children over the span of a decade, I struggled with a lot of guilt and shame because of PMADs. Getting pregnant with our 6th child, I decided enough was enough and learned all I needed to in order to prevent PMADs. It worked! Now I help countless others do the same as we are expecting our 7th. A: Families who are concerned about prenatal/postpartum anxiety, depression, OCD, and psychosis (PMADs). And the Deaf community (CODA).
