Hi, I’m Kitana! A full-spectrum doula and proud mama of two. My own journey through pregnancy, birth, and motherhood opened my eyes to how deeply transformative these seasons of life can be! My approach to birth work is rooted in intuition, evidence-based care, and whole-person wellness. I believe birth is not only a physical experience, but an emotional and spiritual one too; a sacred transition that deserves to be honored and supported with compassion.

Q: How do you answer the question: "I want your support but my partner feels like they'll be replaced"?

A: My role is never to replace your families support but to enhance it by giving them the tools and knowledge to best help you. They will always be closer to you than any one else and I am here to promote that further with a positive birthing experience.
