Hello and welcome to Wombfull Wellness! I am Lexi Sage. I offer services exclusively for women who are searching for ways to enhance their health and wellbeing. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner, Birth Doula, Yoga Teacher, and Tarot Reader. I have been touched by each of these professions in my life, and my gratitude for them is what led me to create my own practice where I hope to provide healing and support for others using these tools! <3
Q&A
Q: What are your certifications and trainings?
A: I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner, Birth Doula and Yoga Teacher. I have other certification backgrounds in Transpersonal Hypnotherapy and Energy Work.
Q: How do you answer the question: "I want your support but my partner feels like they'll be replaced"?
A: I would tell them my own story that mirrors many other couple's: my husband ended up feeling very relieved and grateful that he listened to my desire to hire a doula for the birth of our first (and only so far) baby. I needed much more hands-on support and the extra pair of hands for massage was paramount to helping me have a natural birth!
Q: What drew you into working with parents-to-be?
A: I knew I was going to work with women around pregnancy and birth from a young age. My goal is to help women achieve pregnancy naturally using menstrual cycle charting, provide them with bodywork throughout their pregnancies, and then be there to support them when they give birth to their babies!
Q: What locations or areas do you serve?
A: My office is located in Clearfield, Utah. I accept clients within a 60-90 minute commute time from me.

Description
What is Fertility Awareness? It means becoming aware of your fertility in such a way that you can track it and know exactly where you are in your cycle on any given day! Menstruation and ovulation are another vital sign that give valuable information about the state of your health–regardless of if you ever want to have babies. As an HRHP, I teach women body literacy so they can achieve/avoid pregnancy naturally, or monitor their health concerns.

Prices Range from $350-$660 for new clients, and from $100-$350 for repeat clients.

Description
I am a seasoned massage therapist with over a decade of experience. I specialize in providing therapeutic and rejuvenating treatments exclusively for women. My expertise spans a range of modalities including prenatal and postpartum massage, fire cupping, and hot stone therapy. I approach the body with a holistic mindset, recognizing that physical tension often has deeper roots, and aim to address underlying causes of discomfort.

Birth Doula Support
Birth Doulas
Description
As a birth doula, I specialize in empowering women and couples through the transformative journey of pregnancy and childbirth. I provide continuous hands-on support during labor using massage techniques (I am also a Licensed Massage Therapist) to help you stay relaxed throughout the waves of contractions that come and go. I will advocate for your wishes while working with your birth team and ensure that you stay informed throughout the process.

-Includes birth support and 1 follow-up postpartum home visit
