Bio

With a background in early childhood education, I spent 7 years working with children before becoming a doula. My own motherhood journey, including a miscarriage in 2019 and the arrival of our rainbow baby in 2020, inspired me to support families during this transformative time. Understanding the importance of a strong support system, I am committed to providing compassionate and knowledgeable doula assistance tailored to individual needs. Q: What are your certifications and trainings?

A: I am DONA certified for both Birth and Postpartum I have and maintain a current CPR/First Aid certification I hold a Infant/Toddler CDA credential

Q: How do you answer the question: "I want your support but my partner feels like they'll be replaced"?

A: The short answer is that I am in no way a replacement for your partner or family member. Instead I am there to help you as a team. I am there for BOTH!

Q: What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?

A: Take a Childbirth Education class and make a birth & postpartum plan. Also don't view a birth plan as controlling every aspect of birth. Creating a birth plan is about the intentions and process. To learn what your options are and what you are the most comfortable with.

A: 6 years as a Postpartum Doula 1.5 years as a Birth Doula
