Q: What are your certifications and trainings?
A: BEST Doula Training (2024). MEGI Health High Risk Doula Training (2025), Understanding PMAD's by Postpartum Support Virginia (2025), Mothers & Babies Postpartum Stress (2025)
Q: What locations or areas do you serve?
A: Roanoke plus 2 hours. Charlottesville UVA hospital, to Radford down to Martinsville and everywhere in between.
Q: How do you answer the question: "I want your support but my partner feels like they'll be replaced"?
A: LOL I call them Daddy Doula's and they are put to work. I focus one of my prenatal sessions specifically on teaching them how to support you during birth. I ensure they are comfortable calling me when they need support. I end up giving dad the hair tie so he can give it to you to earn some brownie points!
Q: Are there any specialities in who you serve? (e.g. home birth, VBAC, etc.)
A: Scheduled C-sections are my favorite- only because it makes planning my life easier. Home or birth center birth being the next "best". Postpartum preparedness is my specialty. I don't discriminate on your birth preference. You do you.

Full postpartum services provided by me, a postpartum mood disorder survivor. I focus on mental health awareness, breathing techniques, and regulation tricks, as well as provide meal prep, house keeping, and companionship.

3 in person sessions
Birth plan assistance, registry assistance postpartum prep, self-care techniques, partner training, birth attendance, unlimited text support, resource sharing.
2 postpartum visits
1 full year of virtual care after birth
