Description

Ayurvedic postpartum care includes deep rest and relaxation practices, nourishing meal delivery (if in the Denver area) or a detailed meal plan for all 6 weeks of the sacred window, warm oil massage, belly binding, yoni steams for soothing perineal discomfort, and other body-based rituals that honor the rite of passage to becoming Mother. Every in-home postpartum visit is centered on caring for the Mother so she can better care for her baby.

Pricing Description

-4 hour in-home postpartum visit: $500 (can include up to 3 of the following services: deep rest and relaxation practice, yoni steam, herbal foot soak, belly binding, warm oil massage, or soothing flower bath)
-6 week full service postpartum support: $2,700 (includes weekly meal delivery plus 4 hours of in-home support every week)
