Postpartum Doulas
I provide one prenatal visit where we will discuss what may be helpful for you in the transition to parenthood and create a postpartum plan together. I will provide 5 postpartum visits and provide education, lactation guidance, and sibling support. I will be available to you 24/7 Text, Call, and Email Support for any postpartum related cares and questions.
$1000 for the 6 visits any additional visits will be $175/hour.
Maternal Mental Health
I also provide coaching services for those struggling with their mental health and wellness.
Package is $2,100 for 12 sessions.
Birth Doulas
I provide 3 prenatal visits to create a birth plan, provide education, and discuss your vision. I will be with you from the moment you ask for me to join you, through 1-2 hours postpartum. I will provide one postpartum visit and provide education, support and resources as well as recap your experience. I also provide 24/7 Text, Call, and Email Support from the moment you sign the contract!

I started off working in the mental health field and just this year decided to start my own business in mental health and perinatal coaching. I have always had a love to help others. In 2020 I had my first kiddo and needless to say struggled with birth and postpartum. Now, at the beginning of 2024 I had my second kiddo and was able to have a Doula by my side which made a worlds difference for me and sparked the passion to provide doula services to families!
What drew you into working with parents-to-be?
I struggled with adjusting into parenthood and felt isolated and alone at times as well as struggled with feeling supported during both pregnancies. I want to help families during this amazing process to feel heard and supported.
What are your certifications and trainings?
I hold a Masters in Social Work Degree and took the DONA Training.
What locations or areas do you serve?
My coaching services are virtual with hopes of being in person soon! My provide Doula services in an hour radius from Bethel, MN.
How much experience do you have?
I have just short of 10 years experience working in the mental health field - providing clients a judgement free space to process and learn ways to cope.
