As a functional medicine practitioner and midwife, Rae P. Jimenez (she/they) has been serving families for over 5 years. In addition to midwifery care, we offer complementary alternative medicine (CAM) as functional medicine practitioners. From in-depth lab testing, to supplement recommendations, nutrition plans, and condition-specific treatments, our practice offers wholistic approaches to prenatal and postpartum health (GDM, thyroiditis, etc.). In-person & Telehealth!
Pricing Description
Plans starting at $125.00 with insurance coverage for all lab testing.
Also accept HSA and offer out-of-network billing support & personalized financial support if needed.
