Mama-centered Postpartum Doula Care

Postpartum Doulas

Description

Two day-time postpartum visits per week for six weeks, Tending to mama during this Sacred Window in the Ayurvedic traditions, This package includes a hands-on service (like a gentle aromatherapy, oil massage or facial), help with bebé, light housekeeping, meal + snack preparation, local errands (to & from your home) and grocery shopping (agreed upon list and additional costs before hand).

Pricing Description

Postpartum Package begins at $1,110; which includes two day-time postpartum visits per week for six weeks. Additional daily support and services can be available upon request.

Holistic Body Work/Skin Care

Massage and Spa

Description

Each session is attuned to your needs & personal journey. Utilizing an array of alternative modalities, like aromatherapy and sound-healing, allow yourself to indulge in an 80-minute session of lymphatic massage or holistic facial. That can be redeemed at your home or in my studio in Ojai.

Pricing Description
