In-home care includes a re-birth family consultation, Ayurvedic assessment and care plan, nourishing home-cooked Ayurvedic meals, Well Mama check-ups, and rejuvenating warm oil applications. Each visit supports digestion, healing, milk supply, and emotional wellbeing during this sacred postpartum window.
Pricing Description
As an Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula, I “mother the mother” with 3-hour in-home visits that include meals, warm oil bodywork, Well Mama check-ups, and emotional care to support healing and bonding. Packages: 6 visits $2,600 • 8 visits $3,400 • 12 visits $4,900 • 18 visits $7,200. Extra day support $380, additional hours $125, standalone abhyanga $245. Serving San Jose, Silicon Valley & Bay Area.
