In-home postpartum doula support is personalized to your family’s needs.
Here’s how I can support you:
• Newborn care & feeding guidance
• Breastfeeding, bottle feeding & pumping support
• Maternal recovery & emotional support
• Answering your postpartum and newborn questions
• Light household help (dishes, laundry, bottles & simple meal prep)
• Evidence-based education from an RN & postpartum doula
My in-home postpartum doula services are $40 per hour, with a 3-hour minimum per visit. Family and friends are welcome to gift any dollar amount toward postpartum support. Gifted funds can be applied to any scheduled visits, allowing parents to use the support in whatever way best fits their family’s needs.
