Bio
Hi! I'm Emma, the mama behind Upstate NY Doula. I'm a registered nurse and postpartum doula, and I help families transition to their new life after bringing home their baby. I like to think of myself as your go-to person during postpartum. Someone who can answer your questions with evidence-based guidance, support your recovery, help with your newborn, and be there to reassure you when you need it most. You have nurturing support of a doula combined with the knowledge of a nurse!

Q: What are your certifications and trainings?
A: I am a Registered Nurse (RN) with over six years of nursing experience and have completed postpartum doula training through DONA International. I am also certified in Adult/Infant Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR).
Q: What locations or areas do you serve?
A: I provide in-home postpartum doula services in Utica, NY, and the surrounding Central New York communities. I travel up to one hour from Utica to support families in their homes.

Pricing Description
My in-home postpartum doula services are $40 per hour, with a 3-hour minimum per visit.
Family and friends are welcome to gift any dollar amount toward postpartum support. Gifted funds can be applied to any scheduled visits, allowing parents to use the support in whatever way best fits their family’s needs.
