Bio
As a doula, I use The Emotion Code™ and The Body Code™ to help pregnant mothers release trapped emotions, mother/baby disconnections, and limiting beliefs. This leads to shorter, softer births and fewer interventions. By opening hearts, I allow their pure goddess spirit to unfold, fostering positive birth experiences and deeper love. It's a beautiful transition from labor support to pre-birth healing, where I make a profound difference.

Q: Are there any specialities in who you serve? (e.g. home birth, VBAC, etc.)
A: I specialize in helping women work through the challenges of morning sickness. I also focus on guiding women to self healing in preparation for childbirth. And I provide safe and intuitive tools to faciliate the restoration process after birth trauma.
Q: What drew you into working with parents-to-be?
A: My journey began unexpectedly. During a family birth, the midwife was delayed, so I stepped in, offering support and catching the baby. That sacred moment changed my life; I realized my calling was to walk alongside women during their most transformative seasons.
Q: What are your certifications and trainings?
A: I am a trained Labor Doula and a Certified Practitioner for Emotion Code TM, Body Code TM, and Belief Code TM.
Q: What locations or areas do you serve?
A: I can physically attend births at Northern Vermont Regional Hospital, Littleton Regional Hospital, and Androscoggin Valley Hospital, as well as home births within a 50 mile radius of Maidstone, VT. For my energy work, I work virtually and have no location service restrictions.
Q: What's your favorite past client story?
A: I worked with a teen mom who had suffered sexual abuse. She was worried that would affect her labor, bringing up painful triggers. During her labor, that did happen, and I was able to help her recognize it, work through it, and powerfully and passionately birth her baby vaginally.

2 (45 min) Trauma Sessions: address physical and mental traumas with a gentle approach that facilitates your own body to heal itself
2 (45 min) Belief Sessions: look deeper into associations your subconscious made with the experience
2 (45 min) Grieving Sessions: allow your body time and space to grieve
2 (45 min) Restoration Sessions: attend to holistic synergy of all systems

Babymoon Energy Work

12 Energy Work Sessions
1 (60 minute) Prenatal Session.
1 (60 minute) Birth Day Session.
2 (30 minute) Targeted Sessions per week for the first 2 weeks postpartum (topic examples may include breastfeeding, depression, colic, sleep, bonding) .
1 (45 minute) Stabilize Session per week for postpartum weeks 3 & 4 (focus may include nutrition, cycle/rhythm/system alignment, belief systems).
2 (45 minute) Rebalance Sessions/mo for 2 addl months

Labor Doula with Energy Work

Two Hearts Healing Labor Doula Package includes standard Doula care plus energy work, as follows
4 (60 minute) Pre-birth Sessions: Birth Preparation Session; Birth Trauma Session; Birth Plan Session; Wisdom and Power Session.
2 (45 minute) Postpartum Sessions: Birth Acceptance Session; Mother-Baby Bonding Session.
1 in-home prenatal visit.
On-call for your birth beginning at 37 weeks gestation.
1 in-home postpartum visit.
