Pelvic floor physical therapy is a treatment to help address dysfunction in the pelvic floor muscles. The type of therapy prescribed will depend upon the symptoms you’re experiencing and findings of your evaluation.
We also offer birth prep; a series of at least four sessions starting as early as the early third trimester to help you connect with the pelvic floor muscles and equip expecting moms with optimal pushing strategies.
