Bio

Based out of N.Conway NH & supporting families along ME/NH border. Past 3 years has been an honor to hold space throughout the childbirth continuum (from preconception, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, & pregnancy loss). My mission is to change the ways we act & think about birth, approaching it w/ awareness & honesty, so that mama can birth her baby just as her body knows how to. My passion is to help others honor their inner Goddess, by listening to, & having trust in her body & intuition.

Q: What are your certifications and trainings?

A: I first took a year long apprenticeship through Sacred Circle Wellness Center studying anatomy & physiology, and hormones. Then became certified through DONA.org for birth and lactation consulting. Further certified through the Matrona Foundation for birth and postpartum. Reiki Master certified through Shen Dao Integrative Health. All since 2021.

Q: What locations or areas do you serve?

A: I am based out of North Conway NH. I serve York, Cumberland, and Oxford County Maine. I serve Carroll, Strafford, and Rockingham counties of New Hampshire.

Q: How much experience do you have?

A: I have been practicing this area of women's health since 2020. The first birth I attended was April 2021. I have since supported numerous families for home, hospital, VBAC, and inductions.

Q: What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?

A: Shop around for the right Doula that meets your needs and you connect with on a deep level. Who you have present at your birth holds so much power in the overall experience.

Q: What's your favorite past client story?

A: I was privileged to deliver my clients baby with the guidance of her midwife. This was super special for me as this was her second birth, and the second time I was her Doula! The best part was the surprise gender, and I was right all along!
