A care package that provides knowledgeable support in preparation for birth, during labor and delivery, and for a smooth transition thereafter.

Care Includes:
1 prenatal visit (2 hours)
on-call / remote support
continuous labor / birth support
support immediately following delivery
24 hour check-in after birth
1 postpartum visits (up to 4 hours)

A modern package designed to provide expert care and loving support over virtual platforms when a doula can’t physically be at your side. Your doula carries you in her heart, now you'll have her in your pocket.

Care Includes:
weekly 30/45 minute check-ins beginning at 34 weeks
on-call / remote support
continuous virtual labor / birth support
support following delivery
24 hour check-in after birth
bi-weekly 30/45 min check-ins after birth

Provides essential support for the health and well-being of the whole family with special attention to mother healing and recovery, as well as the parent / newborn relationship while ensuring an optimal transition for all.

Care Includes:
1 planning / preparation session (1 hour)
12 total hours of care*
care between the hours of 8am and 8pm
*choose the number of weekly visits based on your needs, min 2 hours per visit and max of 4 hours

A short term option designed to accomplish a specific goal such as supporting a solid feeding/sleep routine, to promote healing/recovery, or newborn education/guidance for the less experienced parent(s).

Care Includes:
1 planning / preparation session (1 hour)
specialized intensive hands-on support by the hour
goal / solution driven protocol
visits range from 2 hours to 12 hours in length

Intentional sessions designed to promote healing and recovery. For the newly postpartum mother or seasoned mother/grandmother to create pause and nourish the body, mind, and soul.

Care Includes:
1 intake / preparation session (1 hour)
facilitation of 1 ceremony / healing method (2 hours)

Choose Between:
- closing of the bones
- hot stone abdominal press
- herbal v-steam
- ceremonial bath
- mighty moxa warming

A solid support package providing a continuum of care throughout the duration of your pregnancy, birth, and into the first few weeks of life with a newborn.

Care Includes:
2 prenatal visits (2 hours each)
on-call / remote support
continuous labor / birth support
support immediately following delivery
24 hour check-in after birth
2 postpartum visits (up to 8 hours)

For little one(s) to help them find comfort in the birth process. Whether you would like your child(ren) to be an integral part of the birth, simply have someone by their side to manage their needs, or have loving care in your home when you are birthing and recovering elsewhere.

Care Includes:
2 sibling visits
1 family prep visit
on-call / remote support
labor / birth support by the hour
24 hour check-in after birth
1 follow-up visit

Ease into the night and move into a solid rhythm with a newborn. Our focus is to foster confidence in parent intuition through loving guidance and education while respecting family goals to best connect with and care for baby.

Care Includes:
1 planning / preparation session (1 hour)

care between the hours of 7pm and 7am
*choose between 4 hours of evening support or 8 - 10 hours of overnight care, or a combination
