Daytime Postpartum Care

Description

Provides essential support for the health and well-being of the whole family with special attention to mother healing and recovery, as well as the parent / newborn relationship while ensuring an optimal transition for all.

Care Includes:
1 planning / preparation session (1 hour)
12 total hours of care*
care between the hours of 8am and 8pm
*choose the number of weekly visits based on your needs, min 2 hours per visit and max of 4 hours

Description

Ease into the night and move into a solid rhythm with a newborn. Our focus is to foster confidence in parent intuition through loving guidance and education while respecting family goals to best connect with and care for baby.

Care Includes:
1 planning / preparation session (1 hour)
72 total hours of care*
care between the hours of 7pm and 7am
*choose between 4 hours of evening support or 8 - 10 hours of overnight care, or a combination

A short term option designed to accomplish a specific goal such as supporting a solid feeding/sleep routine, to promote healing/recovery, or newborn education/guidance for the less experienced parent(s).

goal / solution driven protocol
visits range from 2 hours to 12 hours in length

Intentional sessions designed to promote healing and recovery. For the newly postpartum mother or seasoned mother/grandmother to create pause and nourish the body, mind, and soul.
