The Birth Lounge is an online membership for expecting parents that uses evidence-based childbirth education to help you have an informed and confident birth! You have so much control in labor and you deserve to know how to harness that.

You have access to data-driven online modules via computer and an app, weekly calls with HeHe, and a community of other pregnant moms!
