This class goes through the steps and stages of pregnancy and birth. Providing you with evidence-based information so you and your partner can make informed decisions in your birthing plan, whole also learning coping techniques for you and your support person.

Doula Support

Birth Doulas

Description

Birth Doula services include 2 prenatal visits and 1 postpartum visit and attendance at the entire birth time.
Support during your pregnancy and birth. Helping prepare for labor and postpartum. I will help you and your partner with coping techniques to help in making your birthing experience you want.
Postpartum Doula Services are for 16 hours can purchase additional hours. Broken down to a max of 4 hours per day.

Lactation Support

Lactation Counselor

Description

We will together create a lactation plan that works for you and your family while at home or going back to work. Help with flange sizing if needed. During our time my goal is that you become clear in what you want and know the steps to get there. Also, included you will receive one week of follow-up and Q&A via email/ text.

$267- in person $229- Virtual: 60-90 minutes per visit both in-person and virtual.
