Bio
Beth Brilinski is a trauma-informed RYT200 Yoga instructor with certifications in Prenatal Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, Vibrational Sound Therapy, Sound Healing and is a Reiki Master Practitioner. She received her Doula training through DONA Int'l with advanced training in Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders through PSI and MEGI High Risk Doula Certification. Beth is the founder of Sage Moon Doula, Centered By Sound and owner of The Treehouse Yoga & Wellness in Bad Axe, Michigan.
