Postpartum Education Class Series - Preparing for the Fourth Trimester

Planning for the Fourth Trimester prepares you for your postpartum experience and sets you up for health and wellbeing. With proper support, your body can fully heal, you can have more energy to bond with your new baby, and you can emerge from this time empowered (rather than sick and depleted). You will learn about the 5 essentials of postpartum healing, develop a postpartum plan, and build community.
I offer one-on-one consulting at $75/hr. I recommend at least 3 hours to go over the 5 essentials of postpartum care and to develop your postpartum plan together. Another option is to attend the 5-class series, in person or online. $300-$450.
