Description

There are many services available, such as assisting with pelvic floor symptoms (incontinence, urgency, constipation, heaviness/pressure, or things just feeling "off") and concerns, pain (orthopedic, pain with sex), return to sport postpartum, pregnancy exercise, birth preparation and recovery, diastasis, and prolapse.
I am a MOVEMENT OPTIMIST and love helping people find ways to continue doing what (and who!) they love.
