Assistance with: Emotional support with the adjustment to motherhood and caring for a newborn, newborn care information & support. Lactation and bottle feeding support, light meal prep, light household support, and referrals to other practitioners, as needed.
My rate for daytime postpartum doula support starts at $65 an hour (for San Jose). Increased rates for further locations and for evening support (5-9pm). Build Your Village and Thrive!
