Description

I provide postpartum support to families in the first 12 weeks after birth. Each shift is tailored to the family’s specific needs during the postpartum period. Whether it be sibling adjustment, household chores, meal prep, breastfeeding support and/or catching up on sleep, I am here for you! Additionally, I am certified as a trauma-informed yoga teacher and further certified to teach yoga nidra, which can be a very powerful form of meditation.

Pricing Description

Daytime Support: Available between 7am and 5pm (4 hours minimum/shift requested but not required) - $45/hour
Overnight Support: Available between 7pm and 6am (5 hours minimum/shift requested but not required) - $50/hour
Virtual Support: Available between 7am and 5pm (EST) (2 hours maximum/support session requested but not required) - $25/hour
**If my rates ever present a barrier to your receipt of support services, please inquire about payment options and assistance. Additionally, you may wish to contact your health insurance provider to check if postpartum doula services are covered.
