Bio
In 2021, I graduated with honors from St. Edward’s University with a BA in Writing and Rhetoric and an emphasis in poetry. Shortly after, my husband and I expanded our family and experienced the healing, joy-filled care of a home birth midwife in my area. From this experience, paired with my life-long respect and fascination for the female body, I knew I was being called into birth work. I chose a mentorship approach to doula training and have supported mothers in every birth environment.

A: Uncover your belief systems surrounding childbirth and start listening to positive birth experiences!
Q: What drew you into working with parents-to-be?
A: We live in a culture that has conditioned women to fear their bodies, birth, and postpartum. I believe there is better way! I want every mom to feel respected, honored, and loved during her pregnancy and birth experience.

Description
Whether or not I am a part of your birth experience, I offer you a one-hour session to share your birth experience or discuss preparation for your upcoming birth. During these sessions, we may discuss prior birth trauma, unpack hard parts of your conception journey, or go deep into your birth fears.

These sessions are $150 per meeting.
Physiologic Childbirth Education
Birth Classes
Description
This class teaches you the hormonal flow during birth, provides insight and tools for your birth partner to support you well, and covers a comprehensive list of every intervention you need to make decisions for yourself and your baby. With proven techniques that help with pain management, you will feel ready for this transformative experience! With demonstrative lessons describing your body’s physiology and what is happening at every stage.

Birth Doulas
Description
2-3 prenatal meetings where we grow a relationship, work through birth expectations, and develop a plan that fits you and your baby’s needs.
Unlimited text, phone, and voice message support during your pregnancy and postpartum to answer small questions and connect as you need.
On-call support starting 36 weeks.
