Our classes include Holistic Childbirth, Zenful Birth™ for mindfulness, Comfort Measures & Spinning Babies® for pain management and positioning, VBAC Essentials, Postpartum & Baby Basics, and Infant Feeding Basics. All classes are available in-person or online, with private sessions available to meet your needs.
