Overnight doula support designed to give your family the gift of rest. I provide attentive, nurturing newborn care through the night — handling feeds, soothing, and settling so you can sleep and recover. Whether you're breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or both, I work seamlessly with your feeding goals to keep baby calm, comfortable, and cared for while you recharge. I also offer gentle education on newborn cues, sleep patterns, + feeding.

Overnight doula support is offered at $75 per hour. Sessions are typically 10 hours, and packages are available for ongoing support.

I offer Ayurvedic postpartum care rooted in the sacred 42-day golden month — a dedicated window for deep rest, nourishment, and true recovery. Through personalized herbal support, warming and digestive foods, abhyanga (healing oil massage), and rhythm-based care practices, I help new mothers rebuild their strength, balance vata, regulate their nervous system, and feel genuinely held as they transition into motherhood.

My pricing ranges as follows: - Hourly Rate: $70/hour. You can book hourly services at a minimum of 15 hours. I offer specialized packages upon consultation!

As a holistic birth doula, I offer comprehensive support for physiological birth within a birthing center or at home.
Services include prenatal consultations, continuous labor support, & postpartum care. Emphasizing natural processes, I educate on the body's innate ability to birth, offer comfort techniques, & advocate for preferences, fostering a strong mind-body-baby connection for a positive birth experience!

Basic: $1,999 (2 prenatal visits, continuous labor support (finishes 3 hours post birth), 1 postpartum visit) Core Care: $2,797 (3 prenatal visits, one nesting session, continuous labor support, with 2 postpartum visits that include Ayurvedic treatments.
