I’m passionate about helping mothers feel informed, confident, and supported throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My approach centers on physiological birth, personalized preparation, and honoring each mother’s unique needs and choices. I believe you deserve to feel heard, respected, and empowered in your birth experience. Through education, hands-on support, and genuine connection, I’m here to help you prepare for birth and feel confident stepping into motherhood.
Are there any specialities in who you serve? (e.g. home birth, VBAC, etc.)
Primarily homebirths (with midwife or unassisted). I mainly focus on mother's who are looking to achieve a natural physiological birth. Helping mothers work through their fears of childbirth and educating them on the natural process of birth. I don't mind attending hospital births if the mothers desire it to achieve minimal interventions!

How do you answer the question: "I want your support but my partner feels like they'll be replaced"?
You and your partners preferences are my top priority. I am solely there to support you how you need to be supported. It is your partners big day too and he deserves to be as involved as he would like. I don't replace him at all, only an extra set of helping hands!
What drew you into working with parents-to-be?
As a mother of 4 myself, I see a huge need for mother's and families to be supported well through this huge transition in life. I am extremely passionate about birth and truthfully it is the only thing that could ever fulfill me outside of being a wife and mother!
What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?
Everything is going to work out just how it needs to. Spend your time preparing wisely and conquer your fears as they arise. Your body was made to do this wonderful work. You can do it and you can do it well. Let go of the stress of wondering if you will be a good mother, you will be great! Let this process happen and wait patiently!
