For families who want flexible, tailored postpartum doula support, I offer hourly, custom-fit visits built around your specific needs, whether that's a few hours of newborn care guidance, overnight relief, or emotional and nervous-system support during a hard stretch. Trauma-informed and equity-centered care, scheduled on your terms.

Continuous care for an emotionally anchored birth: a 2-hour Birth Planning Session (custom roadmap, preferences, comfort measures), Continuous Labor Support in person (24/7 on-call from 2 weeks before due date), a 2-hour Postpartum Support Session (recovery, newborn care, feeding/lactation guidance), and ongoing email/voice memo support through pregnancy.
