Gentle Sleep
My main goal as a Gentle Sleep + Potty Coach is to build a plan for you and your family that you feel comfortable with. My approach is personal, I believe that having someone to reassure you, guide you, and facilitate the right information for you is key. During the process, you will be accompanying your child and being responsive, and I will be accompanying you. It will take time and patience, but it will get better.

Hi, I’m Georgina, a previously sleep-deprived mother, passionate about well-being, building meaningful relationships, and helping parents navigate the trials of parenthood.
What drew you into working with parents-to-be?
I was you a couple of years ago, I remember hiding under the bed to cry, looking for someone or something to help me put my life back together, had lost weight, was constantly fighting with my partner, angry most of the time, and feeling I had no options. I decided to get certified to be a Gentle Sleep Coach.
What are your certifications and trainings?
The program is the first and most extensive professional sleep coach training and certification available. It involves over 80 hours of training with a faculty panel. Each coach must pass an exam and participate in case mentorship with Kim West, LCSW-C (a.k.a. “the Sleep Lady”) who has been helping tired parents for over 20 years.
What locations or areas do you serve?
I work online, so I can work with anyone that needs me no matter where they are
What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?
Everything is impermanent. Each stage has its beginning and end. Take a deep breath in and feel my hug in the distance
What's your favorite past client story?
To be honest, they are all really special. But when a toddler that would never nap grabbed her teddy, and water bottle and told her dad: "I am going to sleep, I can do it by myself" was very special
