Description

Birth doula: at least 1 in person (preferably in home) prenatal visit, unlimited phone calls and texts, on call from 37-42 weeks, continuous support during labor and for up to 3 hours after birth, 1 postpartum visit within 2 weeks of birth

Postpartum doula: support during the postpartum period includes but is not limited to meal planning, prep, or cooking, overnight care for baby, education and assistance with infant feeding, help tidying up

Birth doula fee: $500
Postpartum doula fee: $15/hr
