Together, we’ll look at how changes in your body, energy, routines, environment, and responsibilities are affecting daily life and develop practical strategies for feeding, baby care, rest, routines, recovery, and managing the demands of motherhood.

Motherhood Intensive

Maternal Mental Health

Description

A 5-hour personalized motherhood intensive combining postpartum consultation and maternal wellness coaching. Together, we’ll address the practical and emotional demands of motherhood, including routines, energy, rest, sensory overwhelm, mental load, identity, relationships, and self-care. The intensive includes guided reflection, practical problem-solving, individualized strategies, an action plan, and a brief follow-up.
