Comprehensive Occupational Therapy Evaluation, Plan of Care, and treatment follow up.

Pricing Description

12 hour listed package is $720

To create a custom package: $60/hour the first 24 hours and $50/hour after. All packages include a prenatal session, daytime postpartum doula support, and skilled OT services.
