Hi there ! My name is Tara - former nanny turned doula. I grew up on the east end of Long Island. My goal is to support new mothers & families into the transition of postpartum. Much of my work is focused on overnights (however I am open to daytime care) . My objective is to set moms & families up for next day success. This can include baby care so mom/ parents can maximize the amount of rest, laundry, dishes, bottle sanitation, breast milk storage as well as being an emotional support.

Q: What are your certifications and trainings?

A: Over the years I’ve watched many of my friends struggle to find & feel supported at during the postpartum period. I wanted to put my knowledge & calm demeanor to good use. With a background in nannying this seemed like the next step. I love to incorporate my knowledge in the nutritional food world into my postpartum care & offerings.

A: I am certified through Long Island Doula Association. Cpr certified. Lactation support.
