Full spectrum postpartum doula support including postpartum self-care for newborn mothers, maternal nutrition and support, newborn care, nurturing and parental education, newborn feeding support, lactation support, maternal mood assessment, daytime routine development, initiating age appropriate stimulation and play, sibling care, baby laundry, washing bottles and pump accessories, restocking and maintaining nursery supplies, and light errands.

6-12 week Postpartum Care Packages serving the Dallas Metroplex, starting at $4500, payable over the length of service.
