Q: How much experience do you have?
A: I have over 30yrs experience as a nanny and over 10yrs in the placement industry.
Q: What drew you into working with parents-to-be?
A: I love helping new parents prepare for parenthood in every way, from what gear to purchase to which care option is best for their needs. The Nanny Collaborative can support you with Postpartum Doulas, Newborn Care Specialists, permanent nanny placements and occasional care.
Q: What locations or areas do you serve?
A: We serve Chicago and surrounding suburbs, as well as Atlanta and surrounding suburbs.
Q: What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?
A: Trust yourself. You are your child's best advocate and your instincts are best!
Q: How do you answer the question: "I want your support but my partner feels like they'll be replaced"?
A: We are here to support both the birthing parent and the support parent. Engaging more support means more time for parents to rest, recuperate and even connect with each other, ultimately creating a stronger parenting team overall!
Nanny Placement Services
Child Care
Description
We provide permanent nanny placements, both full and part time, as well as nanny share placements in the Chicagoland area. Permanent nannies have a consistent schedule with your family. We work with you to determine your family's needs and send you fully vetted candidates who we feel will best support your family.
Pricing Description
Permanent nanny placements are $4,000. Nanny Share placements (split between two families) are $5,000.
Newborn Care Specialist
Newborn Care Specialist
Description
Newborn Care Specialist provide overnight care for baby while parents get the sleep they need.
Pricing Description
Rates start at $35/hr.
Postpartum Doula Services
Postpartum Doulas
Description
We place Postpartum Doulas both during the day and evening/overnight hours. Postpartum Doulas offer support to both parents and baby.

Rates start at $35/hr.
On-Demand Childcare
Child Care
Description
Childcare when you need it! Get access to fully vetted, highly qualified sitters at the touch of an app. Available for back-up care, date nights, running errands or just a little time for yourself!
Pricing Description
$85 per month for unlimited bookings or $50 per booking.
