We provide specialized in-home pelvic floor physical therapy visits. We will bring everything to you so you don’t have to pack a diaper bag or be away from your newborn in those precious early weeks.
We can address:
- Pregnancy aches and pains
- Pregnancy exercise recommendations
- Birth preparation
- Postpartum recovery including treatment of incontinence, pelvic pain, diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, and scar mobilization
