As a mom, I have 8 years of experience. As a Maternal Mental Health Counselor, I have over a decade of experience.

What's your top piece of advice for an expectant mom?

Prioritize your postpartum experience over a fancy baby registry. Baby doesn't need much "stuff" in those early days; what baby needs, and what YOU need, is to be a healthy, happy, and supported mama.

What locations or areas do you serve?

In person, I serve New York and Connecticut. However, I serve anywhere moms need me via virtual and pre planned travel services.

What drew you into working with parents-to-be?

Having lost my own mother, a pediatrician who adored every child she came across, I felt so alone in my first postpartum experience. Having watched my friends struggle with infertility and the postpartum period, I fell in love with the perinatal mental health space. What continues to draw me in is watching moms flourish and walking alongside them.
