I’m Ashley, creator of The Hippie Martha and I work with women of all ages providing them with a holistic care approach and knowledge regarding their bodies, cycles, hormones and reproductive health. When we work together we can identify health concerns, work on natural conception, or learn how to avoid pregnancy or naturally space children. From menarche to menopause and everything in-between.

A: +I graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor's in Nursing. +Was a labor and delivery nurse for 9 years +Worked for 2 years as an in home birth assistant. +Graduated in 2023 with my Fertility Awareness and Sexual Health Educator certification from the Well’s School of Body Literacy

This is a body literacy course and fertility awareness education specifically for the postpartum phase. The comprehensive course is 3 part pre-recorded class series with short lectures and private consultations to follow up what you learn after completing the course modules.
