Bio
We are a holistic wellness center providing healing services and classes in a tranquil setting in Exton, PA. Our services include: massage therapy (including perinatal, lymphatic, scar tissue work and more), Reiki energy healing, mindfulness/meditation instruction, and sound healing. We have in-house partners in acupuncture, pelvic floor therapy and homeopathy, and collaborate with other health & wellness providers to provide a comprehensive approach to healing. It takes a village!

Description
Select from 30, 60 or 90 minute massages tailored specifically to the needs of the expectant and post-partum moms. Sessions can incorporate relaxation massage as well as lymphatic techniques to decrease swelling, corrective techniques to ease pain and postural imbalances brought on by pregnancy, myofascial and scar work, and even massage tips for partners who want to learn ways of providing relief for their partner.
