I am a mom of three, two time hyperemesis survivor and full-spectrum doula based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with grounded, compassionate care. I focus on creating space where you feel informed, supported, and emotionally safe as you move through birth and early parenthood. My approach blends practical education with calm presence, helping you feel more confident and less alone in the process.
What are your certifications and trainings?
I am certified in infant, adolescent and adult CPR/AED/First Aid, HIPPA Awareness, High Risk Pregnancies and PAILAdvocacy (pregnancy and infant loss) I am currently in training under Our Earth in Santa Fe and the APPA
How do you answer the question: "I want your support but my partner feels like they'll be replaced"?
My favorite part of every birth is helping the partners get engaged and become active members of the births themselves. I am a chatter mouth, so I walk them through every thing that I am doing, and encourage them to try the techniques themselves.
How much experience do you have?
This is my first year as an active doula, but I have been supporting births near me personally since 2020, and have hands on experience with epidural births, unmedicated longer births, and precipitous labors, as well as hyperemesis and chronic conditions during pregnancy.
What drew you into working with parents-to-be?
My own Hyperemesis journeys. During my first, I had no idea the support existed and during my second I felt called to become the support that I had so desperately needed.
