2 virtual pre-natal visits
Continuous labor support for day-of

Postpartum Doula

Description

Get the focused support as you step into a new season of life. This transition is vulnerable and you do not have to do it alone! Your postpartum family foundation package ($450) would include:

Initial consult
Postpartum prep & planning course
Total of 8 hours in person support

I provide one-on-one check-ins at each visit, care for baby and parents, light housekeeping, meal prep, dog walking, sibling care, and other tasks as needed.

Childbirth Education

Birth Classes

Description

You will learn the evidence-based practices to prepare for your upcoming birth with guided mentorship over the course of 4 weeks. This includes 3 month access to a video and document library to build your toolkit. When you complete the course, you will have a developed a birth and postpartum plan that supports your vision for your family!

Evidence Based Birth® childbirth education classes that includes birth and postpartum planning for your family. Prices start at $275 ($200 if you become a client of The Forty Day Doula).
