Get the focused support as you step into a new season of life. This transition is vulnerable and you do not have to do it alone! Your postpartum family foundation package ($450) would include:

Initial consult
Postpartum prep & planning course
Total of 8 hours in person support

I provide one-on-one check-ins at each visit, care for baby and parents, light housekeeping, meal prep, dog walking, sibling care, and other tasks as needed.

Getting ready for birth and building your birth team is essential. Evidence shows doulas increase positive birth outcomes through continuous support. We can establish this relationship during your prenatal visits and build your philosophy for the birth envision. This includes:

Initial Consultation
2 virtual pre-natal visits
Continuous labor support for day-of
Unlimited phone, text, and email support
Golden hour support
1 postpartum visit

You will learn the evidence-based practices to prepare for your upcoming birth with guided mentorship over the course of 4 weeks. This includes 3 month access to a video and document library to build your toolkit. When you complete the course, you will have a developed a birth and postpartum plan that supports your vision for your family!
