Description

HypnoBirthing is built around an educational process that includes special breathing, relaxation, visualization, bonding and intuitive birthing practices. This evidence-based method guides and prepares a woman in giving birth in a peaceful, connected and knowledgable manner. It is a program that considers the psychological, as well as the physical well-being of the mother, her birth companion, and the newborn, for the birthing she chooses.

Pricing Description

$445.00 for Group Classes. The HypnoBirthing Series meets for One 2 1/2 hour class each week for 5 weeks. Registration includes the HypnoBirthing® Marie Mongan Method Book, Workbook, handouts, downloads, and more.
