Hi I'm Shelly, a birth & postpartum doula! I work in Dublin & surrounding areas. My aim is to support you through pregnancy, birth and beyond with calm, confidence and evidence-based care. A: VBAC, Preterm birth, Twins & Multiples, Homebirth, Waterbirth, Hospital birth, Planned C-Section birth, Neurodivergence
Q: What drew you into working with parents-to-be?
A: I was in Trinity College studying midwifery & fell in love with supporting women, birthing people & their partners. I chose to follow on from there into Birth & Postpartum support as a doula, where I could provide continuity of carer, utilise the knowledge I had gained for helping guide new and expecting parents.

A: This year 2026 marks my 10th year in my journey of supporting families

I will work with you through your pregnancy, labour and into your postpartum period. Providing you emotional, physical, informational and evidenced based support.
Postpartum Doula Support
I will work with you during your postpartum period, immediately following birth or any period up to baby being 1 year old.
