Postpartum Doulas
Twenty-four hours of postpartum doula support that is split up into six 4 hour sessions or eight 3 hour sessions. Daytime support only. Physical Support (light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, baby care while Mom naps or showers, sibling care, errands, cook meals, etc.),
Emotional Support, Informational Support are included in this fee.

I love to support like-minded families who focus on overall wellness & nutrition in their lives. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, yoga, & visiting random Mom 'n Pop coffee shops. Postpartum is my favorite "birth worker" niche because I struggled with my mental health during those times in my life. I want all Mothers/Parents to feel supported.
