I'll get you a glass of water, ask how the night before went, & ask what you need most that visit. I offer physical support, emotional encouragement, guidance on newborn care and all types of feeding, and practical household organization (laundry, dishes, light cleaning, nursery prep). My support is never judgmental - I support you & your family in finding your own footing to make confident decisions that work best for you.
$630 for 6 three-hour in-home postpartum care visits (18 hours total). Includes a one-hour prenatal planning session to discuss your priorities, concerns, and how I can best support you. Also includes text/phone support, list of community resources and recommendations, and access to my lending library of parenting, feeding, and newborn care books..
