Description

I provide daytime support after birth. I can be a calming and reassuring presence at a time that can otherwise be stressful and overwhelming. I can care for newborns, prep meals, assist with feeding positioning and support, offer tips for extending naps, and I can demonstrate baby wearing and paced bottle feeding. I provide emotional support and I offer a safe space to discuss the birth story or any questions about postpartum recovery.

Pricing Description

I provide postpartum services at a rate of $30/hr with a 3 hour minimum for any visit. Most families book between 4-13 weeks of support, though I can be flexible for each family's needs.
