Pelvic Floor Work
In this 90 minute session, we will talk about how your body is healing after baby arrives. The session will be tailored to your individual needs, post-partum visits include a check for diastasis recti abdominis, pelvic floor function (may be assessed externally or internally, depending on you comfort and needs), pelvic alignment assessment, and a screening of the upper back and neck. Some hands on treatment will be included as well.
