Description

As an ayurvedic doula, I will help you and your baby (babies) settle into your new life together. I will guide you with all your needs: bathing, diapering, umbilical cord care, lactation, soothing your little one and any light housekeeping you may need help with. I will teach you about the importance of a warm oil massage and nutrition amongst other things considered primordial based on the teachings of Ayurveda (the science of life).
