Honour your placenta and carry a piece of your birth story into postpartum. Your placenta is carefully prepared, gently steamed, dehydrated, finely ground, and encapsulated with care. Each step is handled thoughtfully and hygienically, creating a simple, meaningful way to incorporate this traditional practice into your postpartum experience.

As a postpartum doula, I offer practical, compassionate support in the tender early weeks after birth. This can look like anything from providing nourishing meals, assisting with newborn care, completing light household tasks to allowing you rest, or a shower and to feel cared for.

This package includes monthly or four prenatal sessions (depending on when we begin our work together) where we have time to go deeper into birth preparation, tend to your questions, explore your birth decisions, and develop a closer relationship with one another so when your birth process starts, I can provide support that is tailored uniquely to you.
